This is the most delicious, amazing cheesecake you will ever gonna taste!
You really have to try this recipe! This was the first time I tried it and turn out AMAZING AND DELICIOUS! I am a very big fan of Chef Gordon Ramsay, this is one of his recipes.Let’s start!
Ingredients:
- 500g (2 cups) cream cheese, at room temperature (I used regular cream cheese that you find in any store);
- 120g (1/2 cup) Sugar;
- 3 Eggs, lightly beaten;
- 2 tbsp White Flour;
- Grated zest of 1 Lemon (you can use Lime also, please choose organic)
- 350g (1 cup and 1/2) Raspberries
- A little bit of butter for the pan
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350F ) and butter a 23 cm spring-foam cake tin.
- Beat together the cream cheese and sugar(use a hand mixer). Add the beaten eggs bit by bit until combined(1/3 of the mixture every time).Add the flour and lemon zest, then GENTLY fold through the raspberries (you don’t have to over mixed it, the raspberries should be firm);
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared cake pan tapping it against the work surface to remove any bubbles. Put the cake pan in another oven pan then add boiling water around the cake pan, cooking at „bain marie”- water bath. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until set on the edges but wobbling slightly in the middle.
- Once cooked, remove from the cake pan, running knife around the edges to loosen if necessary, and serve.I added fresh raspberries on top and dusted with confectionery sugar.

Buna ziua dragii mei! Trebuie neaparat sa incercati aceasta reteta! A fost prima data cand incerc si a iesit grozav!!! Sunt o mare mare fana a Chef Gordon Ramsay ,aceasta este una din retetele lui. Hai sa incepem treaba!
Ingrediente:
500 grame de crema de branza pe cat posibil nesarata- la temperatura camerei;
120 grame de zahar (reteta de baza contine mai mult zahar insa mie nu prea imi place f dulce, prefer mai lejer);
3 oua batute un pic cu furculita;
2 linguri de faina alba;
coaja rasa de lamaie sau lamaie verde (va rog folositi Bio);
un pic de unt ca sa ungeti forma de tort
Metoda de preparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius si ungeti cu unt o forma de tort detasabila.
Puneti crema de branza intr-un bol maricel, adaugati zaharul si bateti cu mixerul. Dupa ce a-ti batut crema de branza cu zaharul, adaugati ouale putin cate putin.Adaugati faina si coaja rasa de lamaie apoi cu grija zmeura (recomand proaspata, daca nu aveti zmeura puteti folosi si alte fructe).
Turnati compozitia in forma de tort apoi bateti usor pe suprafata de lucru astfel incat sa inlaturati bulele din compozitie. Puneti forma de chec intr-o alta forma mai mare, adanca apoi adaugati apa fierbinte pentru a se coace la bain marie.
Lasati aluatul in cuptor pentru 35-40 minute depinde de cuptor.Compozitia trebuia sa fie ferma la atingere dar nu foarte tare.
Scoateti cu grija cheesecake din cuptor apoi inlaturati forma de tort.
Lasati sa se raceasca, apoi adaugati zmeura proaspata si un picut de zahar pudra.
Recomand a se servi rece, dupa vreo 2-3 ore de stat in frigider. Va asigur merita asteptarea!!
